Welcome to Rivko, your ultimate decision-making turntable app. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your information when you use the Rivko mobile application, including all features, content, and services offered within the app (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy applies to all users, including guest users who access the Service without creating an account, as Rivko is designed to be fully functional without mandatory account registration. By using Rivko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

At Rivko, we prioritize your privacy, and we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with a seamless, personalized, and secure decision-making experience. We collect two categories of information: Non-Personal Usage Data and User-Generated Content.

When you use Rivko, we automatically collect non-identifiable usage data that helps us improve the app's performance, features, and user experience. This data includes, but is not limited to:

• In-app purchase data: Transaction records for coin purchases, including purchase date, amount, and product type (no payment card details are stored by us, as all payments are processed by your mobile platform provider)

1.2 User-Generated Content

When you use Rivko's customization features, you may create and store content within the app, which we refer to as User-Generated Content. This includes:

• Custom decision wheels, including your added options, icons, and personal photos that you upload to customize your wheels
• Decision history: All past selections and results recorded in the "History" tab of the app
• Result cards: The custom, shareable cards you create from your decision results

Your User-Generated Content is stored locally on your device by default, and we do not access, collect, or store your personal User-Generated Content on our servers unless you explicitly choose to back up your data (if this optional feature is introduced in future updates). You retain full ownership and control of all your User-Generated Content at all times.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Rivko Service, and to enhance your user experience. Specifically, we use your information for:

• Delivering core app functionality: Storing your decision history, custom wheels, and result cards on your device for easy access
• Improving app performance: Analyzing anonymized usage data to fix bugs, optimize speed, and enhance the user interface
• Personalizing your experience: Recommending relevant templates and features based on your usage patterns (all recommendations are processed locally on your device, no personal data is sent to our servers)
• Processing in-app purchases: Verifying coin purchases and unlocking premium features, with all payment processing handled securely by your mobile platform provider
• Communicating with you: Sending important app updates, feature announcements, and support responses, only if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications
• Ensuring app security: Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats to protect the Service and our users

We will never use your personal information for any purpose other than those outlined in this Policy, without your explicit prior consent.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Your User-Generated Content is stored locally on your device, and we implement encryption and secure storage practices to protect your data on your device. For any anonymized usage data that we collect, we store it on secure, encrypted servers with limited access only to authorized personnel who need the data to improve the Service.

While we take all reasonable measures to secure your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using strong passwords, keeping your operating system updated, and protecting your device from unauthorized access.

• Data portability: You can download all your decision results as shareable cards, which you can save to your device or share with others, giving you full control over your data
• Contact us for support: If you have any questions about your data, or need assistance with accessing, modifying, or deleting your information, you can contact us at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Rivko is a general-audience app designed for users of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will immediately delete that information from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove the information.

Rivko may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms, such as social media platforms for sharing your result cards.
